  • I just moved in in August and so far the only complaint I have, management has had a hard time helping me with. We live in a downstairs apartment, by far the nicest apartment we have ever lived in. However, I do believe our upstairs neighbor has some loose floor boards in their bedroom because the creaking that we hear at ALL hours is so unbearable. Mind you, our bedroom is directly under theirs. I have gone into the office several times, with video proof of just how incredible this creaking is. Office staff all agree it was an issue and assure me they will resolve. It's been 3 months and it's not getting any easier to sleep through this. We've resorted to "white noise" and ear plugs and nothing helps. Certainly wish we had signed up for a shorter lease. We can't wait to move out and get some good sleep.
