  • Total switch and bait. Gave them an accurate inventory and the day they arrived they said my move would cost DOUBLE. They tried to explain that the online inventory uses 'industry averages' as far as sizes - but to be off by 100%???? They even said my queen bed was big and on the inventory it was listed as a queen/king. Oh - and my 3 seater sofa was also bigger than the 'national average' - so if I go with their numbers, the 3 seater sofa was actually the size of a 6 seater sofa??? They showed up in a rented truck - not one with their name and they said my stuff would go to Los Angeles not Las Vegas as promised. We released them because they were so unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST. Missy in the sales office will promise anything to get the booking. She wouldn't take my call once there was an issue. You have been warned.
