I visited on Wednesday night, painted a piece with a girlyfriend. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous.
"Wacky wednesdays" they waive the 7.50 studio fee, one wednesday a month (shown on their website calendar).
Gets kind of crowded, and quite a few grownups too.
The checkout line at closing time gets long because everybody is trying to finish up painting last minute (including me...guilty!)
The staff is very careful when handling the pieces.
My peacock tail was smothered in glittery paint. I apologized for the last minute glitter fiasco.
She was very understanding and courteous.
The gal was kind enough to ask "Are the eyes of the peacock dry?" then grabbed the peacock by the eyeballs lol.
Paid my per piece fee and checked. Line gets long at 9 PM so prepare to wait a 10 minutes in line.
3 days later....
I came to pick up my peacock,
They stored it carefully on its back, so that it didn't tip over and get damaged.
It was a very tail-heavy piece and I was initially concerned, but they are professionals.
The gal that rung my order up remembered me and fetched me the correct piece.
She was very nice.
I felt like I was a valued customer here. I'm definitely coming back and bringing my gals for ladies paint night.
