  • I am feeling Joyful because of the customer service provided to me this morning by Latisha with Cox Communication. I had a problem and she solved it quickly and with a friendly attitude. She was very pleasant and very thorougly explained options. She was very patient as I wrote down on my computer Outlook Calendar the exact dates I needed and possible options. I was stressing as I have a very special day coming up and her happy tone of voice and accomodating my request just made my day! So I am giving a big shout out to Latisha for handling the problen I was experiencing and allowing me to continue my thankfulness of having Cox as my internet provider for the past 20 years. Cox Rocks!!
