Let me start by saying that the staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the first hotel that I have ever been to that wouldn't allow me to check in early (I even offered to pay) and that didn't have a secure location to store baggage. I was in town for the Pittsburgh/Baltimore game and needed a place to crash for the few hours between the end of the game and my 6 am flight. So, I couldn't carry my bag around town with me. This meant that I had to leave my bag at the front desk (literally at the desk, visible for everyone to see) with the admittedly super helpful attendant. She promised me that my bag would be fine and that she would not be leaving the desk. I asked her if she would be there when I got back to the hotel after midnight. She said that she would not be, but her friend was the night attendant and that she would make sure he knew to watch it. I then asked for a "ticket" and she told me that I didn't need one and that my bag would be fine. When I got back to the hotel at 2 am (don't even ask about the cab situation in Pittsburgh), my bag was there and all was fine. The night attendant had looked out for my bag and was just as friendly as the day one. SHEWWW. Another great thing about this hotel is the free shuttle that runs to the airport, EVEN at 4:30 am in the morning!
