  • What an awful experience. My husband and I went on my lunch from work and waited to be served for 20+ minutes with only two other people on line. The worker who had helped us was in training so I get being a little slower and that's not what made this a bad experience. It was the owner or at least whom I think is the owner. Let me first start by saying I was already having a bad day. She was extremely loud and over bearing, she was working with her regulars and such, but would talk over them and trying to train at the same time. When it was finally our turn, my husband and I both ordered milkshakes. The trainee made his super milky and gross, and luckily mine turned out okay. The constant yelling (in a trying to hard kind of way) of the owner was super uncomfortable, she then noticed where I worked and tried to start a conversation with me but ended up offending me with what she had said. In a sense, it basically came down to "oh that sucks". Most likely wouldn't come back.
