  • I had purchased a voucher for 20 units of Botox for $129.00. Upon my arrival, the first thing I saw was an absolutely filthy front door. I got a little sinking feeling, thinking what did I get myself into? When I entered, the "technician" was standing by the front desk receptionist - no one else was in the office. After filling out some paperwork, I handed the voucher to the receptionist, and the tech took me into a small room. She told me she didn't have any Botox, as it hadn't been delivered. But, she did have UNDILUTED Dysport - which according to her, would be the same ratio to Botox. In other words, she said she could inject 20 units of UNDILUTED Dysport that would be the same as what I paid for. I told her I didn't want Dysport and asked why she didn't call me so I could reschedule. Her answer was that she should have called, but "Oh, you would just LOVE this undiluted Dysport! Look at the picture of me on my phone after using this Dysport!" She went on to say that normally, the diluted Dysport would be 3 units to 1 of Botox, but since this was UNDILUTED, the ratio would be the same. I told her I wasn't comfortable with this and said I would reschedule. I asked for my voucher back, left and immediately called the company from which I purchased to tell them in no way would I return there. I contacted a site called "RealSelf" that gets people in contact with medical doctors concerning injectibles and asked them whether what I was told is accurate. I received answers back from 9 medical doctors saying in no uncertain terms, to stay away from this place. This is just one doctor's reply: (I cut and pasted it from one of the doctors). "What she told you makes absolutely no sense. Dysport comes in powder form and cannot be injected unless it is diluted. The same thing applies to both Botox and Xeomin. Depending on how it is diluted, 1 unit of Botox equals 3 units of Dysport. You made a smart move by not going through with it!". Now, to top it off, they actually submitted my voucher!! I had to go through the entire story with the company from which I purchased and told them how upset I was - not only for scamming customers - but for putting my voucher through, when I did not receive the treatment. Thank goodness I was credited. But, buyer BEWARE. This is not a credible place - no matter how inexpensive you think you can get Botox. They are perpetrating a deception and the public should be aware.
