  • When I visited at 10am on Thursday March 8, I was treated the worst I have ever been treated by an associate. I previously enquired about a price for bringing in a waist band on jeans of $13.50, however, when I brought in my item I was told the price was $28. I said I had been quoted differently, so I said I wouldn't bother with the service. The Associate said there was no way I was quoted that price and suggested I was LYING. I simply said that maybe the person who quoted me made a mistake, I wasn't looking to get a price reduction. But this abrasive Associate, not being privy to my earlier visit became belligerent! Never ever would I use this service. She was slow as molasses, 2 other customers left the store after waiting for her to finish with the first customer of the day. She was oblivious to this as she has no respect for her customers! Tsk tsk ... bad attitude!
