rev:text	I've been a regular customer at this store for 3 years and today will be my last day. I shopped at this store 2-4 times per month to purchase food for my gecko. On a number of times I was talked down to. Mind you the majority of my sales was purchasing crickets and worms so they really did not profit from me. That said, today I went into the store to purchase crickets and there was another man ahead of me at the cash register.As I waited to pay the man left the counter to grab something during his transaction, so the lady decided to check me out. During our transaction the other guy came back and for some strange reason the lady decided to not finish our transaction and return my change to me but to attend to the other customer. That created a problem because she did not remember how much change I was owed. I then told her politely that she made a mistake with the amount I was owed. The lady became very argumentative and insisted that she was right when she was wrong. At that point I had enough of this store and snapped and said "why is it that when I come in here I always get spoken down to and treated like a second class citizen?" I never got a response but there was another guy who jumped in and told me to go shop for crickets elsewhere. As I was leaving I was locked out and could not open the door due to it being stuck. I received no assistance but was again laughed at by this really immature guy who actually shouted to me in a sarcastic tone. "Go find it on the floor you idiot" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I'm just glad the amount of money I was ripped of was not alot of money.
