  • I have been to the Rose and Crown numerous times for lunch and out on a weekend evening and have usually had a great experience, until tonight. My friends and I stopped by for a beer after the Diamondbacks game and encountered extremely rude service as well as an annoying bartender who kept singing off key to horrible techno hip hop music. If I wanted to listen to bad hip hop techno music I'd go to Scottsdale, not a British themed pub downtown. In the past the place was usually extremely busy and offered a more inviting atmosphere, but tonight it was dead, perhaps it was the off key bartender who was extremely rude? I do know I'll be going to the George and Dragon or the Codfather from this point forward.
