Can Can was assigned to us through our home warranty company. When we were called to set up our service appointment, the technician seemed blown away by the fact that my husband works weekend nights and that I couldn't have them come during daytime hours on Friday as he'd be sleeping. This is a 24 hour town so I'm surprised they hadn't run into this issue before. No biggie, they fit me in. Our tech called me at 8:45 and said he was running a little late and then called at 9:15 to say he was at the gate. My service window was 5-8 so it was definitely later than I had anticipated. I totally understand this because I was probably the last appointment. He checked out my doorbell and explained that it was actually the chime that was bad. We also have a Ring installed and when he started asking me questions about voltage and how it was powered, it was like he was speaking a foreign language so I actually called Ring up and had him talk to them. With the new chime and his explanation of how the actual doorbell functions, I was able to get my Ring back up and running after he left. I gave him three stars because he got the job done with no issues; to me 4+ stars just requires going above and beyond so this isn't a bad review by any means!
