  • I was a member for a year and a half up until recently. The reason for this bad review is for the upkeep and customer service of this gym.Not only did the staff not care, but I had a manager ignore me completely while I was waiting at the counter for service. I hardly ever saw the staff cleaning while the free weights were never stocked fully or put away for that matter. The childcare was kept clean and stayed on policy. Customer service in there could have been MUCH better. Good size, plenty of space and good layout. I normally came around 3-5pm and have never had an issue with not having equipment to work with.
