  • TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service for medical supplies. Have to call almost weekly to order oxygen supplies. ALWAYS on hold FOREVER waiting to talk to someone. Last week I called and was on hold 90 frickin minutes and nobody EVER picked-up. I was at home, on speaker phone, on the computer while I waited. Literally, it was 90 minutes and nobody answered. Just the voice message and VERY, VERY sorry music. Consider yourself WARNED. Worse than Banner Baywood Hospital in service. You know that's bad. I tried to File a Complaint with the BBB but BHC is not "BBB affiliated". No shit. However, I did leave a Negative Review.
