  • A bit of a walk from Station Mont Royal. Upon arrival, there was two signs outside of the restaurant, one for takeout, one for sit in. We opted for takeout as the line for sit in was nearly out the door. The restaurant itself was hot but we quickly came to a decision to get the "Le Classique" in regular size then was handed a beeper and told to wait outside until it vibrated. The wait unfortunately was about 10-15 minutes and we finally got our food. OH. MAH. GAWD. IT WAS SO GOOD. I never thought I would ever hear cheese curds squeak but it did!!!!! I love the squeakness so much, the gravy was beyond amazing, I don't know what they put into it but mhmmmmmmm it had the gravy taste but hints of spicy and sour. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and weren't starchy at all with some subtle sweetness. Definitely try it out but some of the locals told us the place is overrated, meh lol
