  • I never saw a worse performance from a HVAC tech. No interest if trying to address and fix my loud noise coming from blower motor on high speed. Told me my Carrier furnace is too old anyway and should be replaced. It is 16 years old but has been well maintained. Just a miserable experience......STAY AWAY!!!!
