First time here at the shop and I had a good experience being a picky Chicagoan. Looks like a family owned and operated business and I love that because they treat you with respect. It's not a typical building its in a suite, but the signs helped me find the right place. I saw the reviews and had to come here. The guy that's working on my car did a good job explaining to me what's wrong with my car. I'm a female it's hard to understand car stuff, but he explained to me so I was able to comprehend what he is saying, haha. Had to order a part, but labor cost double the car part, which sucks, but it is what it is you know? Definitely will come back if I have any problems with my car again. I'll spread the word for you guys too! :)
***Only thing is it's sooo cold in there my nose is about to fall off! 64 degrees is a bit too cold.
