  • I stopped by here for the first time a few weeks ago to enjoy a lazy weekend day and I absolutely loved it. I had been more frugal recently and was purposely avoiding coffee shops, but it was just one of those days. This location on Lee Road feels very spacious. On the day I visited it was not crowded at all, but I have been to the one in Coventry and I felt like I was fighting people for chairs and jostling for prime spots (read: near the plugs). I think what I love about Phoenix Coffee as a local business is their coffee. They pride themselves on responsibly sourcing their beans and even have a wonderful booklet about the locations and people from whom they get their coffee. I initially had the proverbial "analysis paralysis" - there were so many to choose from, and the baristas were more than happy to make recommendations. Their coffee is fairly priced and the baristas are able to create a fantastic cup. Pastries are not half bad either. I would highly recommend this location!
