rev:text	So my wife is into this new nitro (infused) coffee thing and the only other place that has it in Vegas is some coffee joint on the strip... which makes it pretty hard to get to if you don't stay on the strip so Googling we found the MOTHERSHIP!!! The name definitely scores a 9 on the weird shop name scale but this place is pretty awesome. The the shop is very simple but focused. Boasting a simple menu, I see it as a reason to focus on what they are good at, and that is Coffee and pastry to compliment their beverages. Both of us got the nitro coffee and some pastry they gave us to sample (for free). The pastry was tasty, earthy and excellent. Taking in the pastry and coffee together is even tastier. Drinking the nitro out of the straw in a to go cup was okay... it tasted a lot like water down coffee... after talking to one of the shop person who recommended not to drink nitro coffee out of straw, instead sip it from the top (where all the flavor is). Wow! It turn this mediocre drink to something quiet tasty! If it werent for talking to that one fella (didn't catch his name but he is a mixie, half asian half caucasian fella) I probably wouldn't have the desire to try nitro again or go back to the Mothership. Quality goods and very knowledgeable person. I would go back!
