  • Don't even waste your time with sears home repairs unless you enjoy being scammed and losing money. Our washer had been leaking so we called sears to come out and fix it. It took them three weeks to "order the part and ship it in" and paid them 300 dollars for it. After the repair, the washer STILL continues to leak. We tried calling them to come back out and fix it for free but they have told us we will have to pay again. Avoid this company at ALL costs!
