  • Heidioptics is phenomenal! I purchased two pairs of glasses in December 2011. I have a difficult prescription, I require prisms in both of my lenses. I have had problems in the past with previous glasses because the frames twist and bend the prisms. I voiced my concerns to Heidi and she helped me pick out two pairs of amazing glasses. I was only intending to purchase one pair, but the large selection available made it so difficult to choose. Heidi is amazing helping you choose glasses and really listens to what you are looking for and has a wide range of prices. The selection of frames available here can not be beat by anyone else in the city! Heidi has so many unique and stylish options. Plus, she knows where all the styles are in the store. Drawer after drawer is filled with amazing frames! Heidioptics rushed my order because I am moving soon. It only took one week to get both frames and it was over the Thanksgiving holiday! These glasses are the first pair I have ever put on that didn't take 2+ weeks to get used to. And that is saying a lot when prisms are involved. Heidi took great measurements and the lab obviously did a great job. Also, although it is downtown I never had any trouble parking a few blocks away. There is a garage across the street but was full every time. Meter parking is abundant but I found taking the bus was always easier. All in all, I have never been satisfied so much with the glasses choosing process and I have been wearing glasses for 20 years!
