  • Nitrogen has been a popular addition to desserts recently. I've seen lots of little round dried snacks like round Cheetos balls, Marshmallows, and etc being frozen by Nitrogen and when people eat them, they produce dragon smoke breathe. At Sweetspot, they use Nitrogen to make their ice cream. They serve boba too, but the main focus item on the menu was the ice cream. You can order from the Sweetspot Ice Cream Specialties or you can choose your own ingredients. First, you choose your base either Sweetspot Premium, Sorbet, or Coconut. Sweetspot Premium is the dairy ice cream option while the Sorbet and Coconut base are non-dairy and Vegan-friendly. They also have Organic Base which is Dairy. Next, you choose the flavors you want for your ice cream. They mark on the menu the flavors that are flavors for the Sorbet base. Afterwords, you choose your toppings. They have a variety of toppings from cookies & candies, fruit, cereal, nuts, sauce, powder, cake, boba, and jelly. I'm not really sure what based I chose, but I think I chose the Sweetspot Premium base with Horchata flavor. I added Pistachio and Mochi for the topping. They had complimentary Condense Sauce and Chamoy Sauce along with water. I poured some Condense sauce to complete my creation. I really enjoyed the Ice cream, it was sweet and creamy texture. The Horchata was really good and mixed well with the flavor of the pistachios, mochi, and the condense milk. My friend first bought the Nitrogen Cheese chip balls. You need to try it out quickly before the Nitrogen disappears. After the Nitrogen wares out, it was just Cheese balls. My friend to also buy some Ice Cream, and she bought from their Sweetspot Ice Cream Specialties, the Cafe Sua Da. Cafe Sua Da consists of Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream, Grass Jelly, Condensed Milk, Whip Cream, and Cacao Powder. My friend enjoyed her Ice cream. The shop is a nice small store with cute decorations. You can see the Nitrogen spill out from the machines as they make the Ice Cream. My friends and I had a good time playing card games. They also have free Wifi if you follow them on Instagram. Unfortunately, for some reason my Internet wasn't working at all while I was in the store. So I couldn't even get the free wifi since Instagram wouldn't work for me. Overall, it was a nice place to get sweet, delicious Ice Cream~
