  • I hurt my tooth the day before and I'm in extreme pain I tried to call and no answer so I make my way there. I go into the office go straight to the front desk and I am ignored and then she tells me to go to the other side which I don't have a problem with although I have to go outside then walk through another door. So stupid. I then walk up to the two receptionist and they ask how They can help I tell them my problem and that I need an appointment and they are so rude and nasty. First says no but then asked for the insurance I have then tells me that might work . I don't complain much but I'm pissed. She tells me I might can get a appointment for Saturday .. then the other receptionist tells me I can't get an appointment for two weeks. Wtf they don't deserve any stars for my first visit this was a terrible experience.
