  • This is my 2nd time here. 1st time had a really great pedicure. It was the hot stones pedicure my person was great and it was a pretty good price $35. This time I am going on vacation and wanted to come get my nail polish changed but I wanted my toenails trimmed and cleaned up (did not want to get my calves massaged or use the sugar scrub. So I did not want a pedicure) i asked them and they said they can't cut my toe cuticles and clean up with a polish change. I said I would pay more for it I just don't want the massage, soak, and scrub. I just want my nails cleaned up. They refused. Pretty silly to refuse extra money to just clean the toenail up. Then I had asked to get a full set white tip. She said it will take an hour before someone can because not all the employees know how to do acrylic.... So you have ten nail techs and they don't all know how to do nails? Sketchy Only reason they have 3 stars is i had a good pedi here last time!
