  • Horrible! My appointment was at 1:00 and I wasn't called back until 2:45. Everyone that was in the ginormous waiting room that arrived after me was called in before me. I asked the receptionist several times if they misplaced my file or called me and I didn't hear them. They took me in the back and asked the same questions that I answered on the paperwork. They did a few basic tests and stuck me back out in the waiting room for another half hour. Then they called me over to the other side where they stuck me in the room with someone that ran more optical tests. My consultation with the doctor was about 5-10 minutes and I don't feel like he truly listened to me and the back story to my eye problem. I was in there for almost 4 hours. Ridiculous. I should have known when I called to make the appointment and they had appointments available every 10 minutes. Maybe the doctors are good but I'll never go back. They definitely do not respect their patients time. The place is truly a factory. It's a shame because I had a great experience with the other office about 8 years ago...I couldn't say that today.
