rev:text	So glad we went to the Sprint store right by where I live. Ordered the iPhone X online and received it along with my husband. He had issues getting his going and I still had yet to transfer mine. Considering I have had issues with my iPhone 6Plus and felt I had a virus on my phone did not want to take the chance to transfer it to my new phone. We go in a Matt greeted us right away helping my husband with his X. He was truly knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. I've gone to other Sprint stores but this new one is truly the best! You get all the help you want. Matt had us laughing as he helped and keep our experience 100% awesome. I don't think he'll forget us with all the questions and laughing during our visit. If you need a phone or accessories go see Matt. He knows what he is talking about and know the products. He is realistic in telling you if it is a good deal or not. And lastly he provided his personal cell # to call him when we return. Gosh I wish all places you shop would be so damn attentive as he was. Hands down star service. And we will be going back for some Christmas items and making sure to get Matt's assistance. Thank you Matt for all your help and see you very soon. Need an upgrade or new service GO SEE MATT!!
