  • Sorry but nah. Everything I had was mediocre at best. If this is the best Carolina BBQ I don't care to try anymore. The brisket was ok but nothing special. Definitely get the fatty as lean is a no. The pulled pork was very dry and not that flavorful. Had to put both sauces on it. Came cause of the banana pudding comments but unfortunately that as well was just off. It seemed like just whip cream with wafers. I was really looking forward to it. But I like there to be a consistency difference between the pudding and whip cream. I seriously thought it was just whip cream. Taste was ok. Just left disappointed from start to finish. The only thing that was somewhat good was the bacon wrapped jalapeños but it could use a seed or two to give it a bite. The bartender was very polite and attentive though.
