Went into the shop on Jan 16. Quized the fella at the counter about the quality of life of the capon chicken's, what they were fed, and the freshness. He answered knowledgeably. Did the same thing before purchasing the boar meat, and again he was very knowledgeable.
Everything looks good in Sanagan's. Clean, well laid out, decorated, and affordable. The take away foods of soup and pasty's were also delicious, and there is space to sit and eat them in store.
Only negative: You may smell like you were in a cooked food place when you leave, but not too badly.
I'll be back.
