This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was definitely cheaper than other hotels in downtown Toronto, but it was cheaper for a reason.
Staff: totally unprofessional. Didn't even greet us when we walked it. And walks in the lobby without wearing shoes. House keeper only made the bed 75%. Called for room service, they said they'll be there in 10-15 minutes but they came 30+ minutes later.
Facility: the elevator was so scary. It was so old and outdated. It can only fit 2-4 people. And there was stains all over the floor. Tv was really pixelated. Rooms were not sound proof as you can hear nosies from the rooms in the hallway. The hotel smelled like an old grandmas house.
Room: really really small and dirty! The carpet along the walls had dust everywhere. There were so many stains on the mattress and blanket.
I don't have high standards for a hotel, but this hotel definitely needs some major work! Especially the cleanliness. Spend a little bit more money and find a nicer hotel.
