rev:text	Read through the reviews about how bad their customer service is and I guess they also suck at picking up the phones... Been waiting for someone to pick up for 30+ minutes as you can see on the picture I updated.... No wonder my Apple stock can't get over 100.00/share. It's sad to see town square Apple Store doesn't care about customer service....Guess I'll be going to best buy and do business with them... Don't bother calling, today is the third day in a row trying to get them on the phone and Its impossible....
