  • Ramen houses are popping up all over the valley. But, unfortunately not all ramen are created equal. This little gem is worth the wait. The restaurant is small and you definitely will have a wait since no reservations are taken. Staff is super friendly and tables are turned over fairly quickly. Miso ramen with corn butter and spicy meat. What can I say. This is the creamiest, rich and flavorful broth. Not too salty. Just full of rich umami yumminess. The spicy meat adds some heat to the flavorful broth. The ramen noodles are nice and chewy with s light texture. But the real winner at Sora is there Gyoza. Light chewy dumpling dough that is second to none. You have to try it!!!
