rev:text	First off, I would like to say I truly had horrible experience today. I went to V Nails & Spa to get a take-off and pedicure. The nail tech was soo rough while taking off my acrylic nails that my real nail cracked, leaving meat exposed. All that was said was sorry and I had to pay full price for my service. Usually when you get your nails taken off, clear polish is free but they said they charge for any color, even clear. I will NOT be going back to that salon. Very poor customer service.
