rev:text	I'm not a big review writer, but I had to pipe up after seeing a couple of two-star reviews of this place. First, though, I will admit that the employees don't seem to enjoy their jobs too much, but I've found the owners friendly and accommodating. It's a small family-owned business, and I like that they recognize me when we eat there now. I've never had poor service from any of the employees there. It took me awhile to get my perfect sauce combination down, but once I did I was in heaven. The ingredients are good and always fresh. I never see brown carrots as with some other Mongolian places. One reviewer complained about the price for one bowl, but this is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. You can make as many trips up as you want, and the drinks are all (naturally) refillable. Given that, I feel that the price is a steal. I've also seen them do take-out for people. I don't know if there is a surcharge, but I do know that in that case you only get one trip through, making takeout essentially more expensive if you're a multiple trip person like I am. I'm not going to give this place five stars, as much as I like it. Why? Although I feel the core ingredients and sauces are great, I think the side dishes could be better and of higher quality. The donut thingies are tasty, but I would like better rice. Still, that's not the reason I come to this restaurant, so it's not a big deal. I'd probably give 4.5 stars if I could. One final note, I've eaten at this place probably 20-30 times, and I have never seen it anything but spotless. And that includes the restrooms. It's as clean as any place I've eaten in Phoenix.
