  • I had a lot of great pho restaurants around me where I grew up in the Denver area and have been on the hunt for an equally tasty place ever since I moved to Pittsburgh 8 years ago. Out of the places I've tried, Maiku has had the best flavored broth. Bland, inadequately spiced broth is the biggest disappointment with pho, so that alone makes me want to come back! It was fairly cheap (i.e. $9-10) for a filling amount of noodles, so very affordable. I do wish it had a bit more meat though. 5-6 pieces of very thinly sliced meat doesn't amount to much. Overall though, it hit the spot.
