  • It's generous to even give one star. Villas on Apache is overpriced, dirty, bug-ridden, and was one GIANT nightmare. The show room is decent, but extremely misleading. The furniture they show you is nice, but that won't be what you get at your apartment. The furniture in our place was stained and much less quality fabric/design. We had broken kitchen drawers when we moved in and after asking for repairs for two months, finally gave up on it ever being repaired. Probably the worst thing was the cockroach problem that we dealt with for over 6 months. Talk about disgusting (and our apartment was never dirty or grimy to attract the bugs). Basically, I could go on for another three paragraphs about why NOT to live here, but just take my advice: It was probably the worst living situation I've ever been in and it caused more grief, financial heartache, and stress than anyone should ever deal with in their home. DON'T LIVE AT VILLAS ON APACHE. Save your money and find something nicer.
