  • The equipment is always available and I always tend to go during the night time because I like a bit quieter. The staff is probably why I'm rating it 2 stars, not the lobby people who scan your card there always nice. Its the sales staff, I remember asking for the personal trainer from one of the them. It first took a 20 minute wait to finally have someone come see me about signing up, then some one just took me to a wall to choose from a list of Trainers. I clearly should've done my homework and found out what I'm really suppose to ask for when it comes to hiring personal trainers. I ended up just talking a card and saying I'd call but I just felt like I was being passed over, I've worked in sales for 8 years and know when someones rushing me along. No hard feelings I still will go to this gym but clearly going else where to find a trainer.
