  • The bartenders out by the pool would not come up to me not sure if it was because I was a girl. They had no problems going to the guys so every time I needed a drink I had to go to the bar. The bartenders at the bar were nice and efficient in the beginning, because it did not end well. They had a few beers that I was not familiar with so they did allow me to try them before I bought them which was nice of them. At the end when I was done and ready to close my tab I went to show them my check in on yelp so they can honor my 10% discount and I was ignored and they walked away from me. They were very rude and did not even say one word. Not only did they leave me just standing there but they also started helping other customers and completely just ignored me. I was not going to argue the 10% so I just signed the receipt and still left a tip which I shouldn't have and left. It was a nice pool and almost fun place to hang out this summer, but not if I am going to be getting that type of customer service. I will be going to other pools and other bars that have better quality when taking care of their customers.
