  • Waste of time on the phone. I inquired to get some basic information. Got none. Just a snarky woman pitching FedEx. I was looking for the most economical way to ship a 6 pound item and she was of no help. Said the Post Office has a 50% failure rate. Of course that's absurd. Not that I have had 100% success with the USPS, but it has been nothing remotely like 50%. Not even 1%. ShipRite is not interested in helping you. They're interested in pitching what they want to pitch. Save your time.
