  • Terrible customer service. The owner tends to follow people around the store and when asked a question, rudely answers. She is the worst business owner I have encountered. I was using an instant hair color tester and she came and stood besides me. Does not have pricing on some shampoos and hair products, so buyer pays what she thinks they should!!! In fact, upon checking similar items at another downtown store, the prices were less by 60%, so shop wisely. Does not respect her potential clients, so I will not return to her store. Thanks, but no thanks.
