  • This place doesn't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE service. Not to mention how filthy the place is (there were actual diners sitting eating with no shoes on). I had a menu thrown at me after ten minutes of not even being greeted followed by the woman leaving to go carry on a conversation with another Asian table. She came back and said to me "what you want" I can't even explain how incredibly rude and discourteous this is. After ordering a bowl of Pho and a pot of hot tea she walked away and came back ten minutes later and threw a plate of shriveled up soup condiments on the table and slammed down a plastic water cup of hot tea. At this point I asked "is this how you serve hot tea? Do you have a tea pot? A tea cup?" Her response was to wave her hand around and say "ya ya" and turn to talk to the other table again. I walked out. I will NEVER tell anyone to go there. I will NEVER GO BACK!! Customer service is key in this town and when you treat customers poorly they don't return. I won't be surprised when the place closes down.
