Went here on a Friday night with 3 other adults and a baby. Couldn't believe there was a line-up out the door. Got a table in 15 minutes. My 1st time here was 3 years ago and it wasn't that good so I never bothered returning...but after seeing the line the other day, I had high expectations and hoped it would be my new Viet spot since it's pretty close to where I live. But no, I was disappointed, Bun Bo Hue lacked flavour and hearty-ness...broth was watery. Bun Thit Nuong had too much lettuce and not enough vermicilli and meat. The meat was also a bit too soft and wasn't grilled for long enough. Bun Rieu also lacked flavour and broth was watery. The only decent item we had was the Banh Cuon. I would return only for that.
