  • What do you wear when you have a Gala with Meghan Trainor, Mario Lopez and Andy Cohen? You get something fab quick!! I'm a RTW Pro member but never used their store services before until this week when the dress I ordered wasn't quite so fabulous in the fit as I hoped. I brought 3 other girls to the store who also were in need of dresses for parties and Destiny was super patient and knowledgeable of the dresses she had and what would look good on us! I think we spent over an hour with her. She was wonderful!! Thank you Destiny! The following day I had another issue where I needed a Gold or Pink dress. I popped in and Shane was fantastic! He took the dress that didn't fit from my online order and helped find one that did. He even steamed the dress and fixed it with some hemming tape. Hello going he extra mile!! But it wasn't meant to be... the dress was already booked online by someone else!! So online guests gets first dibs. Ok. But that's not his fault. It's like when you show up to your flight and find out the flight is oversold. Totally not Shane's fault. So I ding them a star! RTW needs more dresses in stock! Pretty please! But other than that the service is pretty wonderful! Thank you guys
