Visited here while I was in Vegas for a Bachelors Party. Ambiance is very nice and it's very lively. We went for dinner on a Saturday night and it was very busy and we had reservation so wait wasn't a problem for party of 9.
Food:
Menu is very extensive and they highlight their Steak dishes. They have lots of variety such as 21 - 35 day aged cuts and also provide some Wagyu steaks.
I got the 14 oz NY Sirloin aged 35 days. My waitress recommended this for Non-Bone in. They have different types of sauce you can order for like $2 each. If you're into sauces, I'd recommended so you can have different flavors each bite of your steak. I cooked mine Med-Rare plus, and it came out prefect! Steak was delicious as is (without any additional toppings or sauce) and I thoroughly enjoyed my steak. Average steak costs are $60 and up.
Sides:
-Macaroni/Cheese (delicious and not too creamy)
-Roasted Brussels Sprout (Great!! Loved this side dish the best)
-Paella (too bland for me)
Drinks:
I ordered their "World Tour" whiskey flight ($27)
(Whillet 10, Hibiki 12, Macallan 12) least to favorite order
Service was great! All the staff members had great knowledge of food, drinks etc.
They come by ever so often with a platter of different types of bread throughout dinner, all complimentary.
Although they highlight their steak dishes, I would love to try their other menu items as it sounds great on paper.
overall, i would definitely come back! Cost is about $100-$150/head if you include some appetizers, sides, and drinks.
