  • When we first walked in the store this evening, my family was not acknowledged at all because the girl behind the counter was on the phone. My 2 year old was so excited to get his cupcake, but we had to wait a good five minutes before the girl even asked us what we wanted. I was so close to walking out, but my son REALLY wanted a cupcake, so we stayed and waited. The cupcakes themselves totally redeemed the bad service that we received. We got the Birthday Cake, a Chocolate Peanut Butter, and a Tickle Me Pink cupcake. They were all amazing!! The cake was super moist and the frosting on all of them were so delicious! We just moved from CA and these cupcakes are better than any bakery I've tried from over there.
