  • First time visiting yesterday and it was fabulous! Birthday brunch on the patio - pineapple mimosa (they also offer OJ or cranberry versions during weekend brunch) & a painkiller (rum, coconut, pineapple & oj) were a great start. He ordered the Loco Moco - raved it was the best he's had away from the Big Island. Visually, it was the most appetizing I've seen served in the last couple of years. I went with some smaller plates as there was so much I wanted to sample. We had the Hawaiian ceviche ("fresh white fish, "cooked" in citrus juice, coconut milk, chili, cilantro, garlic, wonton chips") to start and it was delicious. I ordered a side of spam and crispy coconut rolls - both were great. There were lots more items we want to try so we will be back. Service was great, hostess sat us right away (sunny patio, great for hanging out), and food came up quickly. We made it a point to talk to the MOD to let them know we are now two huge fans.
