  • I just recently moved with Slater Transfer & Storage to Jacksonville, FL. This was my first move out of state. I was extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect. When I called into the office to set my appointment I spoke with a very kind lady named Diane. She set me an appointment with Deana for the very same evening. When Deana came out to my home we immediately hit it off! (I never once felt like I was in an appointment/being sold any services) Slater was able to get my items picked up three days later. The 2 gentleman who came to my home were courteous and very hard workers. The driver, Larry called me two days in advance to give me the day and time he would be unloading my items at my new home. Larry was so sweet and took the time to rearrange my heavy furniture and unpack my boxes. I read so many horror stories online about moving companies. I would have to say that my experience was a success! I would definitely recommend Slater Transfer & Storage to all my friends and family.
