We rented with this company for more than 2 years, never a late payment and never any problems. However, when we moved out we did not received all of our deposit back due to paint that had to be "touched up" that were noted that way on our move in inspection. If they were on our move in inspection then we shouldn't have been charged for them but were more than $200! It's ridiculous! After emailing with the office for about a week (they won't talk with you on the phone) they said they would send the issue to the property manager and would get back to us. It was more than a month to have them respond back to one of my many inquiries about the deposit with "The owner has not approved any additional refunds." That's it!!! They are very unprofessional toward the renters. We were told that if the house was in the same condition then we wouldn't be charged. It was ! Now we are paying for things that we didn't do and they will not work with us. I cannot believe this. My family manages rental properties in another part of the country and they are even said this is completely ridiculous!
They might be great for the owners but definitely NOT great for the renters.
