The other Yelper ' s intuition about their lack of integrity is exactly right! Let me preface that I have never left a negative review for a business on any site (100% positive Yelp history.) Every one has a bad day so I give people the benefit of the doubt when I receive poor service but when a company blatantly lies I feel a responsibility to warn the next victim.
We took our car in to have the brakes checked bc they were making a little noise and it's close to our house. What we received was an assessment that stated our brakes, rotors and sensors were irrepairable. Coincidentally our back tire had a shiny new screw in it which supposedly couldn't be repaired either.
Took the same car into the dealer who makes big profits off of repairs to find out our fronts had 6k miles left and rears had 8k. Sensors were fine as well. System just needed a readjustment. Tire was repaired in 15 minutes as well. There are way too many shops in town to subject yourself to borderline criminal behavior. Oh and even though I can't substantiate my theory on how the screw got into our tire, my intuition is usually right. Stay clear Yelp community!
