  • So, I had purchased a item from this CVS a few weeks ago for my partners mother the item cost around $40.00 my mother in law decided she did not need said item so my partner decided to return the item to the CVS location closest to her (same location it was purchased) thinking nothing of not having a receipt because CVS keeps records on file via cvs card. As he entered the building he made it very clear he was bringing an item into the store for a return when it came his turn to step up to the cashier she immediately told him that it was impossible to take a return without a receipt and then proceeded to accuse him of steeling it just so he could return it for the cash. My partner obviously found this accusation to be offensive he asked to speak with the manager enter Linda described as the most un helpful hate filled women in the west Valley she immediately concluded my partner had stolen the item and then proceeded to publicly with full conviction accused him of being a dirty thief it was not until my partner convinced her to look at the CVS card history did she finial give him a store credit well when he told me what had happen I was angry and I called the store asking to speak to the manager Linda picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me how I had better stop driving past the store or she was calling the cops and she hung up mind you at this point my partner and I were home 14 miles away well this up set me and I called back she proceeded to tell me what kind of trash I was and she was calling the cops call 3 I asked for the main office number and her employee number she gave me a fake phone number and refused her employee number and would not give me the name of any higher up I googled the number filed a report was told I would hear from them in 48 hours after an investigation 72 hours later I have not heard a word so between yelp the BBB and all other organizations I can find on google maybe they will get back to one of us. Dear Linda, Please find a job where you do not have to have any kind of human contact because you are loony toon #yourfired Im going to Walgreens
