  • It's always a pleasant experience when roaming around chapters. It's a place filled with knowledge and wisdom with overpriced price tag. The store are well lit and greeted by amazing nerdy and cute accessories. This Christmas time, I was able to find to books that were used as a present for my nephews, biography of Michael Jordan and how to draw book. I would have not been able to find this without the help of the amazing staff who are employed by Chapters. I'm a sucker for good customer service. The only downside I would say, I was not told about the 5 dollar credit if purchasing anything over 50 dollars. No one should be deprived of their free promotion. Also they don't match their own website prices, I find this ridiculous, and a cheap way to attract customer to their stores. Not cool. This is the reason for the 3 star. despite the average rating, I can't help but visit this store time and time again. It's a nice store and recommend anyone to at least step in at least once to appreciate the books.
