  • Dr. Trichak, or if you want to be less formal, Jim, is awesome! I've had such a nightmare with finding proper dental care in Phoenix until I found his office, and now I actually enjoy going to the dentist! From the front desk to the dentist and his hygienists, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful. As you are getting a cleaning or any other procedure, they try to elaborate on what they are doing and why they are doing it so you get a better understanding of your dental health. Rather than trying to sell you whitening kits or orthodontic treatments, Dr. Trichak is very conservative and doesn't focus on the money he can get from his patients. In fact, he and his staff are extremely complementary and don't make you feel terribly guilty for getting a cavity or not flossing. The office and exam rooms are clean and airy as well. I have recommended coworkers, friends and family and they all agree that this place is the best!
